| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胆管癌中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测了50例胆管癌及50例正常胆管组织中VEGF及MMP-9的表达。结果:VEGF和MMP-9在胆管癌中的阳性表达率高于正常胆管组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且胆管癌中VEGF和MMP-9的表达呈正相关。结论:VEGF和MMP-9可能与胆管癌的发生和发展有关,其表达的检测有助于胆管癌的判断。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Matrix metal loproteinases-9(MMP-9) in cholangiocarcinoma.Methods: The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 50 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 50 cases normal bile duct tissues.Results: The positive expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues was remarkably higher than that in the normal bile duct tissues(P<0.01).The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 was positively related to TNM,mass location,invasion and metastasis in the cholangiocarcinoma(P<0.05).The positive expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 is correlated to each other in cholangiocarcinoma(r =0.326,P<0.05).Conclusion: VEGF and MMP-9 are important factors in infiltration and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.The expression detection of VEGF and MMP-9 may help to judge and diagnose cholangiocarcinoma. |
