老年人腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗

探讨老年人腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法。总结了３８例６０岁以上老年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料，采用半椎板及全椎板切除，摘除突出的椎间盘，疗效满意。优良３４例占９１．８９％，提出了保守治疗无效的老年患者应手术治疗，同时要考虑到合并症，并在心电监护下手术

Operative Treatment of Lumbar Disk Herniation in Old Age

In order to study therapeutic methods of lumbar disk herniation in old age, we summarized clinical data of this disease of 38 cases above 60 years old. Half or all vertebrae plate resection was applied to removing the herniated lumbar disk. The result of follow up was satisfactory. The author points out that patients of definite diagnosis and conservative therapy invalid in old age may be operated on. And prevention of complication operative opportunity and pattern must be chosen. An operation under the care of ECG is good.
