Survivin和PTEN蛋白在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨Survivin和PTEN蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法,检测53例BTCC中Survivin和PTEN蛋白的表达。结果:Survivin和PTEN蛋白在不同病理分级和临床分期的BTCC中的表达有显著性差异。Survivin和PTEN蛋白在53例BTCC中的阳性表达分别为60.4%和58.5%。Survivin的阳性表达随着BTCC病理分级和临床分期的升高而增高。PTEN的阳性表达率随着肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期的升高而降低。Survivin和PTEN两者之间在BTCC中的表达亦有显著性差异。结论:Survivin和PTEN的表达与BTCC的生物学行为关系密切。Survivin的阳性表达与BTCC的恶性程度呈正相关,PTEN的阳性表达与BTCC的恶性程度呈负相关;Survivin和PTEN可协同参与膀胱癌的生物学行为。

Expression and significance of Survivin and PTEN protein in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder

Objective: To study the correlation of Survivin and PTEN protein expression in transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder and their significances.Methods: The immunohistochemical staining method was used to evaluate the Survivin and PTEN in 53 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC).Results: The positive rates of these two expression products were as follows: 60.4%(Survivin) and 58.5%(PTEN).The expression products of Survivin was found to be positively correlated to the degree of differentiation and the clinical staging of BTCC.The expression product of PTEN was found to be negatively correlated to pathological grade and the clinical staging of BTCC.Conclusion: The results suggest that Survivin and PTEN play important roles in the occurrence and development of BTCC.These findings suggest that the detection of multiple factors is more valuable than that of single factor.Multiple factors are assayed for helping pathological diagnosis,prognosis and treatment.
