| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨银杏叶中银杏总内酯的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以银杏叶中银杏总内酯的提取率为评价指标,考察提取工艺。结果:银杏总内酯的最佳提取条件为12倍量的70%乙醇,采取热回流提取的方法,提取2次。结论:该方法能充分有效的提取银杏总内酯,可作为提取内酯的优选工艺。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the technology in extraction of Ginkgolides.Methods:Experiment was designed by orthogonal design,taking the recovery rate of Ginkgolides as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process.Results:The optimal decocting condition was as follow:adding 12-fold 70% ethyl alcohol and hot reflux tow time.Conclusion:The optimal technique used in our investigation can thoroughly extract the Ginkgolides from ginkgo biloba leaf. |
