| 摘 要： | 目的探讨强化心理护理对年轻宫颈癌手术患者出院后生活质量的影响。方法选取年龄在35岁以下的宫颈癌患者90例，均行手术治疗。研究组45例，对照组45例，对照组实施宫颈癌常规护理，研究组在此基础上实施强化心理护理，于患者出院后6个月、9个月、12个月均采用性生活调查表^1]及生活质量量表日评估。结果研究组出院后的性生活及生活质量明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论强化心理护理可以改善年轻宫颈癌手术患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effects of intensive psychological nursing on life quality of patients with uterine cervix cancer. Methods; 90 patients with uterine cervix cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （45 cases） was given routine nursing, while the research group（45 cases） was implemented intensive psychological nursing based on the routine nursing. The patients of two groups were assessed by quality of life scale （QLQ-52）, and sexual life questionnaire at the sixth,ninth,twelfth month after discharge. Results： Compare to the control group, the sexual life and life quality of research group were higher（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intensive psychological nursing could improve the life quality of patients. |
