中山市2729例过敏性疾病患者过敏原的调查分析

目的了解中山市人群中引起变应性疾病的过敏原情况。方法采用皮肤点刺的方法对我院儿科、皮肤科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、呼吸科等门诊及住院的2729例变应性疾病患者接受过敏原检测。结果2729例变应性疾病患者中。皮炎患者占总人数的22．4％（611／2729），荨麻疹患者占总人数的54．5％（1488／2729）；吸入组中最常见的过敏原是屋尘螨、粉尘螨，屋尘螨的阳性率为44．0％，粉尘螨的阳性率为40．6％。食物组则依次为鸡蛋，海虾，海蟹，芒果。结论粉尘螨和户尘螨是变态反应疾病中最常见的过敏原。

Investigation on Allergens of 2 729 Cases of Allergic Diseases in Zhongshan City

Objective To investagate the situation of allergens for allergic diseases in Zhongshan city. Methods 2 729 cases of outpatients and inpatients with allergic diseases in department of pacdiatrics, dermatology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology and espiration received the allergens detection by skin pricking. Results In all 2 729 patients with allergic diseases, dermatitis accounted for 22. 4% （611/2 729） and urticaria accounted for 54.5% （1488/2 729）; the most common allergens were dermatophagoides pteronyssinus （pasitive rate of 44.0%） and dermatophagoides farinae （pasitive rate of 40.6%） in inhaled group, while eggs, euphansia, sea crab and mango in food group. Conclusion Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and dermatophagoides farinae are the most common allergens in patients with allergic diseases.
