| 摘 要： | 目的为骨科手术患者设计一套舒适简便,便于伤口处理和愈合的病号专用裤。方法一种骨科病人专用病号裤,包括裤子和系带,裤子的每条裤腿上设有一条平行于胫骨的竖向开口;每对系带的一端分别连接于开口的两侧相对称的位置,另一端游离。结果骨科手术患者使用效果良好,医患满意。结论该设计在现有常规住院病号裤基础上进行简单改装,不仅方便患有骨科下肢疾病的患者手术、换药,利于伤口愈合,还延长了病号服的使用寿命。在不影响医护人员对伤口观察处理的同时,极大地保护了患者隐私。

| Abstract: | Objective To design a new kind of orthopedic patients＇ trousers which is comfortable, convenient to deal with the pationts＇ wound, and in favour of its union. Methods Cut the middle area of trousers in the front, and there are four couples of lacings on both sides of the open. Results The satisfaction of both 40 orthopedic patients and 10 medical workers with rich experience were all improved. Conclusion The modified orthopedic patients＇ trousers is convenient for nursing, operating, and treatment, which can reduce the work intensity of nurses and doctors, prolong the trousers＇ life and protect the patients＇ privacy. |
