影响原发性闭角型青光眼患者早期就诊的原因与对策

目的了解原发性闭角型青光眼患者早期就诊的影响因素.方法自行设计调查问卷,对49例原发性闭角型青光眼住院患者作调查.结果影响患者早期就诊的主要因素为患者缺乏青光眼的相关知识、对青光眼的危害性认识不足.结论为促使青光眼患者早期就诊,应重视健康教育工作,并充分发挥社区力量,开展社区青光眼防治工作,各级管理层要重视对青光眼的检查及预防.

Investigation analysis and countermeasures against the factors affecting patients'''' early treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma

Objective To know the factors which impact patients' early treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma.Method 49 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma in hospital were investigated with self-made questionnaires.Result The main factors were the deficiency of the knowledge about glaucoma and its harm.Conclusion We should attach importance to people's health education and take the full advantage of the community's power to promote the patients' early treatment of glaucoma.The prevention and cure should be carried out in the communities,meanwhile the management should attach importance to the check and prevention.
