| 摘 要： | 目的:比较高频和普通彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良性、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年经高频和普通彩色多普勒超声检查的80例乳腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,以手术病理结果作为标准进行比较。结果:高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良性肿瘤的诊断符合率(89.5%)高于普通彩色多普勒超声(68.4%)。结论:高频彩超对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率高于普通彩色多普勒超声。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：Compared high-frequency color Doppler-ultrasound with ordinary color Doppler-ultrasound about diagnosis value on benign and malignant breast tumor.Methods：Do retrospective analysis of people with breast tumor who entered in 2009, and were examined by high-frequency and ordinary color Doppler-ultrasound.Use surgical pathology examination results as standard.Results：The diagnostic coincidence rate for high-frequency color Doppler-ultrasound （89.5% ） is higher than that for ordinary color Doppler-ultrasound （68.4% ）.Conclusion：The precision of high-frequency color Doppler-ultrasound is higher than ordinary color Doppler-ultrasound. |
