房颤中医证型与患者心功能及炎症因子的相关性研究

目的:探讨房颤中医证型与患者BNP、LVEF、FS、E峰、A峰、E/A和炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的相关性。方法:入选房颤患者92例,根据房颤中医证型标准分为5型,分别比较BNP,LVEF,FS,E峰,A峰、E/A以及炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-6在中医证型间的差别。结果:房颤组E峰,E/A低于对照组(P0.05),CRP、TNF-α、IL-6高于对照组(P0.05),BNP显著高于对照组(P0.01);证型间比较显示:心阳不振型房颤LVEF、FS、E峰、E/A低于其他证型(P0.05);TNF-α、IL-6高于其他证型(P0.05),BNP显著高于其他证型(P0.01);结论:心阳不振型房颤合并心功能减低,且该型房颤炎症反应明显。

Investigation on Relationship Between Types of Syndrome of AF and Heart Function And Inflammatory Factors of Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:to discuss relationship between Atrial Fibrillation TCM types of syndrome and BNP,LVEF,FS,E peak,A peak,E/A and inflammatory factors CRP,TNF and IL-6 of patients with AF.Method:92 patients with AF were divided into 5 groups according to TCM differentiation,compared the differences of LVEF,FS,E peak,A peak,E/A,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and BNP among the 5 types of TCM syndrome and the difference between AF group and contral group.Results:E peak,E/A of AF group are lower than those of the control group,CRP.TNF-α.IL-6 are higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).BNP is higher than that of control group markedly(P < 0.01);LVEF,FS,E peak,and E/A of heart yang debilitation AF are lower than that of other types(P < 0.05);TNF-α and IL-6 are higher than other types(P<0.05).BNP is higher than that of other types markedly(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Heart yang debilitation AF combined with heart function reduction and obvious inflammatory response.
