姜黄素对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎模型的干预研究

摘    要:目的:观察姜黄素对实验性变态反应脑脊髓炎大鼠神经行为学及脑组织病理的影响。方法:采用豚鼠脊髓匀浆诱导EAE模型,治疗组给予姜黄素进行干预,观察行为学变化,LFB染色观察脑组织病理改变。结果:与EAE组相比,姜黄素治疗组临床评分明显下降,病程缩短,而且恢复较快。脑组织未见明显炎性细胞浸润,髓鞘脱失略有减轻。正常对照组未见明显异常。结论:姜黄素能明显改善EAE大鼠临床症状,抑制炎症细胞浸润,促进恢复,对EAE具有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of curcumin on the neuroethology and pathology in brain of rats with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE).Method:The animal model was established in SD rat by injecting guinea pig spinal cord homogenate in complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA) and bordetella pertussis vaccine.Experimental group was given curcumin treatment,then the changes of clinical symptoms were observed every day.Pathological changes of brain were observed by Luxol Fast Blue(LFB) staining.Result:Compared with EAE,the clinical scores and disease course were obviously decreased in curcumin groups,furthermore the rats were recuperated quickly.No obvious infiltration of inflammatory cells in brain but demyelination was a little extenuation.The control group was normal.Conclusion:Curcumin can improve the symptoms of EAE rats,inhibite inflammatory cell infiltration and promote recovery.Thus curcumin has therapeutical effect on EAE.
