阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血清visfatin变化及其临床意义

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者血清visfatin变化及其临床意义。方法选择年龄、BM I匹配的OSAHS患者33例（OSAHS组）和单纯肥胖者30例（对照组）;并检测两组血清visfatin、血压、空腹血糖（FPG）、胰岛素（FINS）、血脂,以及AHI、最低血氧饱和度（SaO2）。结果与对照组比较,OSAHS组visfatin、AHI、FINS明显升高,最低SaO2明显降低（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论 OSAHS患者血清visfatin升高,visfatin可能是导致OASHS发生、发展的因素。
