摘    要:目的增加利肝片中山柰素、槲皮素HPLC法含量测定.方法采用高效液相色谱法;以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相;检测波长360nm;流速1.0ml?min-1.结果山柰素在0.018~0.539μg,槲皮素在0.00538~0.1614μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为101.1%、91.3%,RSD分别为1.4%、1.9%(n=5).结论本方法具有简便易行、重现性好,结果可靠、专属性强等特点,可用于该制剂的含量测定.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To add the standard for the determination of kaempferide and quercetin in Ligan Tablet.METHODS HPLC method was selected to determine the contents of emodin.The C_ 18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phoshoricacid solution(50∶50),detection wavelength was 360nm,flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve for Kaempferol was linear(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.018~0.539μg and the mean recovery was 101.1%,RSD was 1.4%(n=5);for quercetin the calibration curve was linear(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.00538~0.1614μg,and the mean recovery was 91.3%,RSD was 1.9%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method was accurate,simple,sensitive and reliable and it can be used for the determination of contents of Ligan Tablet.
