创伤性膈疝23例诊治体会

目的：总结创伤性膈疝的诊断和治疗方法。方法：对２３例例创伤性膈疝进行回顾性分析。除５例直接急诊手术外，全部进行Ｘ线检查，１６例有阳性发现。陈旧性膈疝６例。本组均进行手术治疗，经胸１１３例，经腹７例，经腹加腹部切口手术２例，胸腹联合手术２例，结果：治愈２０例，死亡３例，结论：诊断主要依据Ｘ表现，生膈疝一经诊断，尽早手术可减少其病死率。

Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia:A summary of 23 cases

?Objective:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.Methods:Twenty three cases with the traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were examined with radiography,except 5 being operation directly.Of the 23 cases,16 were diagnosed accuratly by radiography and 6 were shown to be old diaphagmatic hernia.All patients were operated,with access through chest in 11,through abdomen in 7,through chest adding abdomen in 2 and through chest and abdomen in combination in 2.Results:Twenty of 23 cases were cured completely,3 died.Conclusions:Diagnosis can be made based on radiography.The operation should be performed as early as possible after diagnosis.
