| 摘 要： | Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶(TTSPs)是一类通过氨基末端跨膜区域锚定在细胞膜上的丝氨酸蛋白酶.激活后的TTSPs通过其特异性底物参与多种生理和病理过程,功能异常可导致肿瘤、耳聋、缺铁性贫血、心血管疾病等.

Progress on type II transmembrane serine protease |

| Abstract: | The type II transmembrane serine protease (TTSP) family includes a group of trypsin-like enzymes that are anchored on the cell surface via an integral transmembrane domain near the N-terminus. The activated TTSPs cleave their specific substrates to participate in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. Dysregulation of these TTSPs may lead to serious diseases such as cancer, hearing loss, anemia and cardiovascular disease. |
