幽门螺杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜组织中TNF-α、IL-1β、iNOS的表达

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的胃炎患者胃黏膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitricoxide synthase,iNOS)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)的表达水平。方法:选择以胃镜和组织学检查诊断为Hp阳性的慢性胃炎126例患者作为研究对象(Hp阳性组),以122例Hp阴性的慢性胃炎患者为对照组(Hp阴性组)。通过组织学方法评定胃黏膜病理组织学改变,采用快速尿素酶试验及改良Giemsa染色法对受检对象作Hp感染诊断,放射免疫法检测TNF-α、IL-1β水平,免疫组织化学方法检测胃黏膜组织中iNOS表达。结果:Hp阳性组胃黏膜炎症程度重于Hp阴性组(P0.01)。Hp阳性组胃黏膜中TNF-α、IL-1β、iNOS水平均高于Hp阴性组(P0.05)。结论:Hp阳性的胃炎胃黏膜呈现一种炎症改变,可能与细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β、iNOS分泌增加有关。

Study of the correlation of iNOS,TNF-α and IL-1β in gastric mucosa tissues in patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis

Objective:To study the correlation of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in gastric mucosa tissues in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) associated gastritis. Methods:One hundred and twenty-six cases of Hp infected chronic gastritis and 122 cases of Hp uninfected chronic gastritis were included in the study.The diagnosis of chronic gastritis was established by gastroscopy and histological examination.The Hp infection was detected by rapid urease test and Giemsa stainning.The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were determined by immunoradiometric assay,and the expression of iNOS was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results:The inflammation degree in gastric mucous in Hp(+) patients was significantly severe than that in Hp(-) patients.The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and the expression of iNOS in Hp(+) patients were significantly higher than those in Hp(-) patients. Conclusions:The gastric mucous in patients with Hp infected chronic gastritis showes inflammation changes,which could be related to the increased secretion of TNF-α,IL-1β and iNOS in gastric mucous.
