| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴漏的发生原因及治疗方法.方法:对确诊的术后淋巴漏14例患者禁食,完全肠外营养,补充白蛋白,必要时补充血浆,并应用生长抑素治疗.结果:胃癌术后淋巴漏发生率1.99%,发生淋巴漏的时间为术后第4～7天;每天最大引流量为1 800 ml;14例均痊愈.结论:胃癌术后淋巴漏应以术中预防为主;淋巴漏治疗首选支持及保守治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the causes and treatments of celiac lymphatic leak of patients underwent radical gastrectomy.Methods:Fourteen cases with lymphatic leak after radical gastrectomy were treated with fasting,total parenteral nutrition,supplement of albumin,supplementary plasma and somatostatin.Results:The incidence rate of celiac lymphatic leak was 1.99%,the leak occurrence time was the 4th to 7th day and the maximum drainage volume was 1 800 ml per day after radical gastrectomy.Fourteen patients were all cured.Conclusions:Intraoperative prevention is major measures and conservative treatment is the first choice for lymphatic leak. |
