阿扎司琼联合地塞米松预防妇科术后恶心呕吐疗效观察

目的:比较阿扎司琼和地塞米松联用与单独应用对妇科手术后恶心呕吐(PONV)发生率的影响.方法:择期行妇科手术患者89例,均给予硬膜外麻醉,随机分为3组.阿扎司琼联合地塞米松组(AD组):阿扎司琼10 mg稀释成5 ml于手术结束时静脉注射(静注),同时静注地塞米松10 mg;阿扎司琼组(A组):阿扎司琼10 mg稀释成5 ml于手术结束时静注;对照组(NS组),手术结束时生理盐水5 ml静注.观察术后PONV的发生率,每例分别测定用药前、用药后5 min心率(HR)、平均血压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2).结果:AD组PONV发生率明显少于NS组(P<0.01),各组患者用药后HR、MAP、SpO2差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:阿扎司琼联合地塞米松能有效防治妇科手术后的PONV.

Clinical efficacy of azasetron combined with dexamethasone in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting under gynecological surgery

Objective:To compare the efficacy of azasetron in combination with dexamethasone and single drug alone in reduction of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) after gynecological surgery.Methods:Eighty-nine patients were received epidural anesthesia for gynecological surgery.They were randomly divided into three groups after operation:group AD,azasetron at 10 mg combination with dexamethasone at 10 mg intravenously;group A,azasetron at 10 mg alone intravenously,and group NS with 0.9% NaCl 5 ml intravenously.The incidence rate of PONV was recorded after operation and HR,MAP,SpO2 were measured before and after treatment in each group.Results:The results showed that the incidence of PONV in group AD was significantly lower than that in group NS(P<0.01).There was no difference on HR,MAP,SpO2 in each group(P>0.05).Conclusions:This study indicates that azasetron combined with dexamethasone can prevent and reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting following gynecological procedure.
