螺内酯治疗女性痤疮临床疗效的回顾性研究

目的 回顾性研究螺内酯治疗痤疮的安全性和有效性。方法 使用电子病历检索工具筛选出一组接受螺内酯治疗的女性痤疮患者的临床数据,评估治疗前和随访期间痤疮的严重度分级。每次的随访收集治疗情况与不良反应。结果 110例患者中94例痤疮有所改善,61例痊愈,16例无疗效,6例反复发作,患者的脸部痤疮改善了73.1%,胸部75.9%,背部77.6%,51例患者出现了不良反应,其中6例停止用药。结论 螺内酯治疗女性痤疮的效果良好,复发率低。

A retrospective study on the clinical efficacy of spironolactone in the treatment of female acne

Objective To retrospectively study the safety and efficacy of spironolactone in the treatment of female acne.Methods The clinical data of a group of women who received spironolactone to treat acne were selected by an electronic medical records search tool to assess the comprehensive acne severity scale before treatment and at each follow-up.The condition of concurrent and previous treatment and adverse reactions were collected at all follow-up.Results The acne symptom of 94 patients in a total of 110 patients improved and 61 completely cured.16 patients had no improvement and 6 patients were recurrent after initial improvement.The acne of face,chest,back had been improved by 73.1%, 75.9%,77.6%, respectively in female patients.51 patients had adverse reactions,6 patients of who discontinued medication.Conclusion Spironolactone has a good effect on the treatment of female acne and has a low recurrence rate.
