| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益气养阴法治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将70例患者分成两组,治疗组35例,用益气养阴之中药汤剂治疗;对照组35例,用三磷酸腺苷与辅酶Q10胶囊治疗。14d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床症状及静息心电图和生化指标的变化。结果两组治疗前后临床症状、静息心电图变化经统计学处理均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。结论本法治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of"Supplementing qi and nourishing yin"in the treatment of the viral myocarditis.Methords 70 cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by Chinese medicine and control group in which 35 cases were treated by coenzyme Q10 capsule and adenosine triphosphate,with 14 days in a course and for 2 courses.The electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results:Between the two groups,it was a very significant difference between the results after treatment and the before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine of "supplementing qi and nourishing yin"is effective and safe in treating viral myocarditis. |
