88例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤腹腔镜下手术体会

目的 总结腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的经验。方法 应用腹腔镜技术为88例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者施术，行卵巢切除术42例，行囊肿剥除术46例。结果 88例均在腹腔镜下完成，6例在囊肿剥离过程中出现囊内容物外溢，经大量生理盐水冲洗干净，无1例出现并发症及后遗症，无1例切口感染。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤安全可靠，副反应少，值得推广应用。

Laparoscopy in 88 cases of benign ovarian teratomas

Objective: To sum up the skill of laparoscopy in benign ovarian teratomas. Methods: 88 cases of benign ovarian teratomas were operated with laparoscopy. Among them, 42 cases underwent ophorectomy, 46 cases underwent ovarian neoplasms extraction. Results: 88 cases were sucesess. In 6 cases, the content of neolasms was run over, but it was cleaned by a plenty of natrichloride. no postoperation complication occurred. There was no incision infection in 88 cases. Conclusions: Laparoscopy surgery in benign ovarian tertomas has the advantages of safety and less complication, it should be used wieldly.
