| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎宝胶囊对不孕症的疗效及其对子宫内膜线粒体修复酶的调控作用。方法选择不孕症患者共30例,用胎宝胶囊进行治疗,并在治疗前后刮宫测定子宫内膜的8-氧鸟嘌呤DNA糖基化酶、胸腺嘧啶乙二醇DNA糖基化酶、3-甲基腺嘌呤DNA糖基化酶含量。结果经过胎宝胶囊治疗后,30例患者中怀孕20例,怀孕率高达66.7%;患者子宫内膜8-氧鸟嘌呤DNA糖基化酶、胸腺嘧啶乙二醇DNA糖基化酶、3-甲基腺嘌呤DNA糖基化酶含量与治疗前相比都有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论胎宝胶囊可以提高子宫内膜线粒体修复酶的含量,从而促进受损的子宫内膜进行修复,并且对于不孕症治疗具有较高的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the adjustment of endometrium mitochondrion DNA(mtDNA) repair enzyme in the inferfi lity patients treated with TAIBAO capsules.Methods 30 cases of infertility patient were treated with TAIBAO capsules , and determined content of endometrium mtDNA repair enzyme before and after treatment.Results After treated with TAIBAO capsules, there are found that 20 patients had been pregnant,the pregnancy rate was 66.7%.Compared with pre-treatment, the content 8-oxygen guanine DNA glycosylase , thymine glycol DNA glycosylase and 3-methyl adenine DNA glycosylase increased with very significant difference(P<0.01)in the endometrium of infertility patients.Conclution TAIBAO capsules can improve the endometrium mtDNA repair enzyme and fixed endometrium ,so that it has good effect to treat infertility. |
