放射性125I粒子外穿刺近距离治疗宫颈癌的临床应用

目的 探讨放射性^125I粒子体外穿刺在治疗宫颈癌方面的技术可行性和疗效。方法 15例宫颈癌患者在局麻下实施经超声引导阴道穿刺^125I粒子植入治疗，每颗粒子放射性活度为0．50—0．80mCi，平均植AA5颗。结果 随访时间为3-6个月，全组患者随访期间除2例因全身衰竭死亡外．余均无复发，患者症状改善明显，思想压力明显减轻。精神状况好，饮食改善。结论 使用^125I放射性粒子植入治疗宫颈癌。不受医疗资源的限制，操作简单，疗效确实可靠，放射并发症轻微。值得推广。

Clinical application of 125I particulate implantation in carcinoma of uterine cervix guided by ultrasonography

Objective To investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effects of ^125I particulate implantation in carcinoma of uterine cervix guided by ultrasonography. Methods Fifteen patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix were treated with ^125I particulate implantation guided by ultrasonography. The activity of ^125I sources ranged from 0.05 to 0.80 mCi, and the average number of ^125I sources were 15. Results 15 cases had partial or complete response during the following-up periods of 3 to 6 months, and the symptoms were obviously ameliorated, the mental pressure to carcinoma of uterine cervix was relieved. Conclusion ^125I particulate implantation in carcinoma of uterine cervix guided by ultrasonography is safe, minimal invasive and worthy of extending.
