同种异体神经行面神经缺损修复的初步应用

目的:探讨化学去细胞同种异体神经移植修复人体面神经缺损的效果。报告3例同种异体神经成功修复面神经缺损的体会。方法:对3例面神经损伤,应用化学去细胞同种异体神经移植,修复神经缺损,术后定期对患者进行运动功能检查。结果:所有患者在同种异体神经后无异常反应,切口愈合良好。1名患者术后9个月运动功能部分恢复。结论:化学去细胞神经同种异体移植修复人体面神经缺损,能够恢复神经功能,避免了切取自体神经的弊端,在临床上应用是可行的。

Clinical Application of Chemically Extracted Nerve Allograft for Reconstruction of the Defect of Facial Nerve: A Preliminary Report

Objective:To observe the transplantation of chemically extracted nerve allograft to bridge the facial nerve defect.Methods:3 patients with facial nerve defect were treated with chemically extracted nerve allograft,and followed the examination of sensation and motion of the face.Results:No abnormal reaction could be observed in all three patients.Sensation and motion recovered in 1 patient 9 months after the operation.Conclusion:It is clinically feasible to use chemically extracted nerve allograft to bridge the facial nerve gap.The nerve function can be restored.It avoids the pitfalls of harvesting the nerve autograft.
