慢性苯中毒早期生物监测指标的研究

目的　探讨苯接触对某些生化指标的影响及其在苯中毒早期诊断中的意义。方法　以某厂喷漆工人作为研究对象 ,对其临床症状、血清丙二酰二醛 (MDA)、维生素E(VitE)、促红细胞生长素 (Epo)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和白介素 -6(IL -6)的浓度及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性进行检测与统计。结果　苯作业工人临床症状检出率及血清MDA、Epo、TNF、IL -6浓度及SOD的活力均高于或显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而维生素E浓度低于或显著低于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　上述指标的改变早于白细胞降低 ,在慢性苯中毒早期诊断中具有一定意义。

Study on the index of early biological supervision of chronic benzene poisoning

To study the effect of benzene-exposure on some biological index and its significance on early diagnosis of benzene poisoning.Painters in a certain factory were selected. Test and statistics were conducted on their clinical symptoms, density of MDA, VitE, EPO, TNF, IL-6 and the activity of SOD.The detected rate of clinical symptoms, the density of MDA, VitE, EPO, TNF and IL-6, and the activity of SOD among the benzene-exposed workers are all significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The density of VitE of the benzene-exposed group is lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion]The changes in the index above are earlier than the decrease of leucocytes. It has significance in early diagnosis on chronic benzene poisoning.
