| 摘 要： | 在对35例原发性肝癌患者行LP—TAE时让碘油抗癌药混悬剂全肝均匀化染色,收到了较好的疗效。认为对富血肝癌患者的已知和未知癌灶能检出和彻底栓塞,对少血肝癌的栓塞和肝痛切除术后复发或预防性栓塞化疗是一种安全而有效的方法。

| Abstract: | 35 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma treated by LP - TAE when the lipiodol mixed with chemotherapeutical agents were intenively distributed all over the liver evenly and a goog result had been made. We believed that the method was absolutely effective in finding out and embolizing the known and unknown tumors with rich blood supply. It was also useful for embolizing the tumors with few blood supply and the recurrent nidi,and for the protective embolization. |
