TCT联合HPV-DNA检测在宫颈病变中的临床意义

目的:评价用液基细胞学检测系统(TCT)联合HPV-DNA检测对宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法:用TCT和HPV-DNA检测与病理学诊断的符合率,并观察TCT基础上对ASC进行HPV-DNA检测,观察联合检测是否提高与病理的符合率。结果:TCT检测和HPV-DNA检测与病理的符合率分别为87.0%和72.0%,在TCT基础上对ASC进行HPV-DNA检测,发现联合检测与病理检测的符合率高达92.0%。结论:TCT和HPV检测能够提高检出敏感度和高度病变的阳性符合率,在宫颈癌和癌前病变筛查中可以用TCT或HPV检测提高检出率。

Diagnostic value of TCT combined with HPV-DNA test in cervical disease.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of liquid-based cytologic test (TCT) combined with human papillomavirus (HPV)-DNA test.Methods:The coincidence was observed between thin-layer cytology test technology or HPV-DNA test and pathology.ASC detected by TCT test was tested with HPV-DNA test again.And it was found if TCT combined with HPV-DNA test could increase the rates of coincidence.Results:The rates of coincidence between TCT or HPV-DNA test and pathology was 87.0% and 72.0%, respectively.On the basis of TCT, ASC was detected by HPV-DNA test, and the rate of coincidence was 92.0% through TCT combined with HPV-DNA test.Conclusion:The sensitivity and the positive-corresponding rate could be improved by TCT or HPV test. TCT or HPV test could improve detective rate in the screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
