上海市奉贤区妇女子宫颈HPV感染的检测

目的:对上海市奉贤区妇女进行子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚型感染的筛查,以探讨其分布规律。方法:采用HybriM ax技术,对2009年1~12月上海市奉贤地区20~67岁有性生活的妇女进行子宫颈HPV基因分型检测。结果:从5 729例中筛选出HPV亚型阳性患者952例(HPV亚型阳性率16.62%),其中HPV亚型单一感染689例,多重感染263例(包括双重感染182例,三重感染54例,四重感染18例,五重感染2例,六重感染4例,七重感染2例,八重感染1例)。居前6位的是:HPV 16亚型(27.00%)、52亚型(23.32%)、58亚型(10.19%)、53亚型(9.77%),6亚型(7.46%)、18亚型(6.93%)。未检测到44亚型。结论:HPV亚型检测用于子宫颈病变的筛查,不仅可确定具体HPV型别,还可判断多重感染,以高危型HPV 16型感染最多,HPV感染亚型分布有一定的区域性,有利于预测病变的转归。

Detection of cervical human papillomavirus infection among women in Fengxian district, Shanghai

Objective:To screen infection of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV) subtypes among women in Fengxian district,Shanghai,explore the regularity of distribution.Methods:HybriMax technique was used to detect the gene subtypes of cervical HPV among women aged 20~67 years with sexual life in Fengxian district,Shanghai from January to December in 2009.Results:952 cases with positive HPV were selected from 5 729 cases in the study(the positive rate of HPV subtypes was 16.62%),including 689 cases with single infection and 263 cases with multiple infection(including 182 cases with double infection,54 cases with triple infection,18 cases with fourth infection,2 cases with fifth infection,4 cases with sixth infection,2 cases with seventh infection,1 case with eighth infection);the first six HPV subtypes included HPV16 subtype(27.00%),HPV52 subtype(23.32%),HPV58 subtype(10.19%),HPV53 subtype(9.77%),HPV6 subtype(7.46%) and HPV18 subtype(6.93%),HPV44 subtype was not detected.Conclusion:Detection of HPV subtypes can determine the specific subtypes and judge multiple HPV infection in screening of cervical lesions,the infection of high risk HPV16 is the most common infection,the distribution of HPV subtypes is regional,which is beneficial to prognosis.
