Survivin在子宫内膜癌组织及腹腔液细胞中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨Survivin在子宫内膜癌组织及腹腔液细胞中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌发展及转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学和免疫细胞化学S-P法检测Survivin的表达,分析其在组织及腹腔液细胞中表达的差异及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:Survivin在子宫内膜癌腹腔液细胞中的阳性表达率为25.0%,在不同组织学分级的子宫内膜癌腹腔液细胞中的阳性表达率分别为:G1级77.3%、G2级37.5%、G3级23.1%,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在子宫肌层浸润1/2病例的阳性率为23.9%,子宫肌层浸润≥1/2者阳性率为67.6%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。Survivin在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.2%,在不同组织病理分级中的阳性表达率分别为:G1级86.4%、G2级78.1%、G3级42.3%,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);子宫肌层浸润1/2病例的阳性率为58.7%,肌层浸润≥1/2者阳性率为88.2%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);淋巴结转移阴性的病例中的阳性率为57.4%,淋巴结转移阳性者为88.5%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:Survivin在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移中发挥作用。

Expression and clinical significance of Survivin in endometrial carcinoma tissues and peritoneal fluid cells

Objective:To explore the expressions of Survivin in endometrial carcinoma tissues and peritoneal fluid cells and the relationship with development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of Survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemical SP method,the differences of Survivin expression in endometrial carcinoma tissues and peritoneal fluid cells and the relationship with clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of Survivin in peritoneal fluid cells was 25.0%,the positive expression rates of Survivin in peritoneal fluid cells of grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 were 77.3%,37.5% and 23.1%,respectively,there was significant difference (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Survivin in cases with depth of myometrial invasion<1/2 and cases with depth of myometrial invasion>1/2 were 23.9% and 67.6%,respectively,there was significant difference (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Survivin in endometrial carcinoma tissues was 71.2%,the positive expression rates of Survivin in endometrial carcinoma tissues of grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 were 86.4%,78.1% and 42.3%,respectively,there was significant difference (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Survivin in cases with depth of myometrial invasion<1/2 and cases with depth of myometrial invasion>1/2 were 58.7% and 88.2%,respectively,there was significant difference (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Survivin in cases without lymph node metastasis and with lymph node metastasis were 57.4% and 88.5%,respectively,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Survivin plays an important role in carcinogenesis,development,infiltration and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
