鞘内注射尿激酶辅助治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果观察

目的探讨鞘内注射尿激酶辅助治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果。方法将80例结核性脑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均采用4HRZE(S)/4HRZE/4HRE方案抗结核治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上同时采用脑脊液负流量置换加鞘内注药,进行疗效对比分析。结果治疗6周时两组脑脊液蛋白、白细胞数和脑脊液压力下降的速度比较,均存在显着性差异,具有统计学意(P<0.01)。两组疗效对比,治疗组治愈27例,显效4例,有效6例,无3例,总有效率为92.5%,对照组治愈12例,显效10例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率为72.5%,治疗组治疗效果明显高于对照组,比较具有差异显著性,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且未发现与脑脊液负流量置换加鞘内注药相关并发症。结论脑脊液负流量置换加鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎疗效满意,简单有效,且安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
