| 摘 要： | 目的观察DRW型胃管在胃肠减压患者中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性对照法将90例胃肠减压患者分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组患者采用一次性胶乳胃管,观察组患者应用DRW型胃管。观察两组患者的首次插管成功率、插管时间、管腔通畅度、患者舒适度及胃管引流并发症等情况。结果观察组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论应用DRW型胃管行胃肠减压效果明显优于胶乳胃管,值得临床推广和应用。
