| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放大胃镜对判断十二指肠溃疡愈合质量及复发的价值。方法在十二指肠溃疡瘢痕上喷洒0.04%靛胭脂染色,用放大胃镜进行Takemoto愈合质量分期,观察各期患者6个月后的随访内镜结果。结果对115例十二指肠溃疡瘢痕患者随访6个月,Sa期、Sb期和Sc期的复发率分别为82.7%(24/29例)、47.5%(17/40例)和0%(0/46);Sa期患者溃疡复发率明显高于Sb期和Sc期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放大胃镜联合愈合质量分期对判断溃疡的愈合程度有重要价值,对溃疡的复发有提示作用。
