不同职称护士静脉输液操作情况的比较分析

目的：探讨不同职称护士在静脉输液操作项目上的差别。方法：应用临床护理操作指导对不同职称的护士进行静脉输液操作的评价，并使用自制的满意度调查表调查病人对静脉输液操作的满意程度，结果：使用留置套管者和头皮针穿刺的平均时间分别是467．5＋/-82．9秒和316。3＋/-78．5秒。进行头皮针穿刺时，护师所用时间较护士长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。护士在护理操作中的最常见的失误是操作前后未洗手或未使用免洗消毒液（34％）．排气时未能保护好针头，违反无菌原则（26％）。护师出现操作失误的次数要少于护士，而对病人资料的收集护师要多予护士，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），病人对护士，护师的静脉输液操作满意度没有差异。结论：还需要进一步加强对低年资护士静脉输液操作的培训，完善对病人的整体护理，提高病人满意度，节约护理成本。

Comparison of the intravenous infusion techniques of the nurses with different professional title

Objective： To evaluate the intravenous infusion techniques of the nurses with different title. Methods： According to the guideline for clinical nursing procedure, the experts evaluated the course of the intravenous infusion of the nurses and investigated the patients satisfaction for the procedure using the questionnaire. Results： The average time of puncture using indwelling trocar and general scalp needle was 467.5 ＋/- 82.9 and 316.3 ＋/- 78.5 seconds respectively. The senior nurses used significantly longer rime than junior nurses using scalp needle to puncture （P〈0.05）. The most problems in the puncturing process were fail to washing hand or using disinfector before and after the operation （34%）, and violating the sterile principles（26%）. The senior nurses had significantly less mistakes and more contacts with the patients to obtain the relative information than junior nurses （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： It is necessary to reinforce the training of intravenous infusion techniques for the junior nurses in order to improve the nursing quality and patients satisfaction, and save nursing cost.
