宫颈癌根治术后并发症分析

目的 探讨宫颈癌根治术后并发症的发生及防治.方法 210例宫颈癌患者行广泛性子宫全切+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,并分析其并发症发生情况及防治方法.结果 全组210例中,54例发生手术并发症(25.71％),主要为尿潴留、淋巴囊肿、静脉血栓、泌尿系感染、腹部切口感染.结论 严格掌握手术指征,术中操作认真,加强术后护理,及早发现并处理并发症的诱因,能够减少手术并发症.

An Analysis of Postoperative Complication of Radical Hysterectomy of Cervical Cancer

Objective To research the incidence,prevention and cure of postoperative complications of radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer. Methods All the 210 patients with cervical cancer were treated by radical hysterectomy plus pelvic lymphadenectomy,and the incidence of postoperative complications and the prevention and cure methods were analyzed. Results Of the 210 cases,the postoperative complications were observed in the 54 cases(25.71%),the major complications included urinary retention,lymphocele,venous thrombus,urinary system infection,abdominal incision infection. Conclusion The postoperative complications of radical hysterectomy could be prevented through strictly mastering surgical indications,carefully operating the surgery,enhancing postoperative care and properly treating the inducements of complications.
