胡黄连化学成分及单体化合物药理活性研究新进展

胡黄连(Picrorrhiza scrophularaeflora Pennell)是常用中药,医药前景良好。目前,已经从胡黄连中分离得到70多种化合物,其中主要成分是环烯醚萜苷、苯乙醇苷和酚苷。药理实验研究表明,胡黄连单体化合物具有广泛的药理作用,尤其是在保肝利胆、抗菌消炎、保护受损的神经细胞及凋亡的心肌细胞等方面具有显著的效果。本文通过查阅相关文献,主要从化学成分、单体化合物药理活性方面对胡黄连国内外研究概况进行整理和分析,以期为胡黄连药用资源的合理开发和利用提供理论依据。

Phytochemical andbiological studies on Picrorrhiza scrophularaeflora Pennell

Picrorrhiza scrophularaeflora Pennell is commonly used as the traditional Chinese medicine in China. Up to now, more than 70 compounds have been isolated and identified, and the iridoid glycosides, phenylethanoid glycosides and phenol glycosides are the main constituent. The monomer compounds from P. scrophularaeflora possessed wide pharmacological actions, especially in hepatoprotection, anti-inflammatory, nerve growth enhancement and cardiomyocytes protection, etc. The present paper reviews the chemical compounds, the biological activities of P. scrophularaeflora, which would provide references for development and utilization of the plant.
