乳腺癌术后皮下积液临床分析

目的 探讨乳腺癌术后皮下积液的预防和治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析65例乳腺癌中术后皮下积液的发生及预防和治疗情况.结果 全组65例中,发生皮下积液9例(13.8％),未合并皮瓣坏死,其中4例皮下积液量＞30 mL·d-1,予以重新放置中心静脉导管,均在20 d内治愈；5例拔管后出现局限性积液,于立位时积液的最低点放置浅静脉留置针,并接负压吸引或局部适当加压包扎,均在14 d内治愈.结论 乳腺癌术后易发生皮下积液；为减少和防止皮下积液的发生,采取综合防治措施十分必要.

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Subcutaneous Hydrops of Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment methods of postoperative subcutaneous hydrops of patients with breast cancer. Methods The occurrence,prevention and treatment of postoperative subcutaneous hydrops of 65 cases of breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 65 cases,subcutaneous hydrops were observed in the 9 cases(13.8%),but no incorporative skin flap necrosis was observed.Subcutaneous hydrops amount > 30 mL·d-1 in the 4 cases,their central venous catheters were replaced,all the cases were well-healed in the 20 days;5 cases of subcutaneous hydrops were observed after extubation,superficial venous catheters were placed in the lowest point of erect position,and the negative pressure attract or local appropriate compression bandage were used,all the cases were well-healed in the 14 days. Conclusion Breast cancer operation can easily induced to subcutaneous hydrops,active prevention and treatment is necessary for postoperative subcutaneous hydrops.
