老龄引起骨质疏松的模拟

摘    要:研究老龄对骨质疏松的影响。应用带有力学调控系统的各向异性骨再造模型结合有限元法进行数值模拟。结果表明进入老年期后,由于肌肉力量的降低和活动量的减少而导致外载荷下降,骨量相对于峰值丢失25%以上,产生骨质疏松。力学因素可导致老年性骨质疏松,表明力学因素在预防和治疗骨质疏松起重要作用。

Abstract:Osteoporosis is a disease mainly of the elderly.A study of the effect of agedness on osteoporos is made.The simulation of osteoporosis due to agedness factor is been realized in computer with the model combined finite element method.Results show that when persons grow old,outside loads decline as a result of fall of muscle force and decrease of quantity of activity.When percentage of loss of bone mass to peak value bone mass is above 25,osteoporosis happens.Agedness factor can result in osteoporosis.This indicates the importance of mechanical factor in preventing and curing osteoporosis.
