乌鲁木齐市7～9岁儿童第一恒磨牙龋病及萌出情况调查

目的:调查新疆乌鲁木齐市7～9岁儿童第一恒磨牙龋和萌出状况,为龋病的防治工作提供参考。方法:采用全国第二次口腔健康流行病学调查方法,统计第一恒磨牙患龋率、龋均,龋面均、未萌出率。分析年龄、性别与患龋率的关系,以及龋病的好发牙位、牙面。结果:2 422名儿童恒磨牙总患龋率为18.04%,龋均0.32,龋面均0.52,未萌出率11.23%;女生患龋率略高于男生,且随年龄升高而上升;7岁组患龋率和龋均最低;上颌好发于牙合面、舌腭面,下颌好发于牙合面、颊面。结论:乌鲁木齐7～9岁儿童第一恒磨牙龋损呈上升趋势。应加强口腔卫生指导,积极预防并早期治疗恒磨牙龋病。

Eruption and caries status of the first permanent molar of 7-9 year old children in Urumqi

AIM:To investigate the eruption and caries status of first permanent molar in children aged 7-9 in Urumqi.METHODS:Stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 2422 children aged 7-9 from 21 schools in Urumqi.The second national oral health epidemiological survey method was used to conduct the survey.Caries prevalence rate,mean DMFT,filling rate and non-eruption rate of first permanent molars were recorded.The correlation of gender and age with caries prevalence was analyzed.RESULTS:The prevalence rate of caries was 18.04%,with an average of 0.32 caries.Caries increased with the increase of age.Female showed a slightly higher prevalence of caries than male.Caries was more likely to happen on occlusal and palatal surfaces in maxilla,and occlusal and buccal surfaces in mandible.Non-eruption rate of first molars was 11.23%.CONCLUSION:The prevalence of caries among 7-9 year old children in first permanent molars has an increasing tendency with the increase of age.More caries prevention and treatment measures should be taken to improve the oral health status of 7-9 year old children in Urumqi.
