| 摘 要： | 目的:了解并分析上海地区人群的根尖周炎患病特征。方法:观测159名病人的全景片,评价除第三恒磨牙外的3 452个牙齿的根尖周组织健康状况。结果:根尖周炎的个体患病率约为68.55%,不同年龄组间的患病率存在统计学差异,根充牙齿的根尖周炎患病率高达59.18%。结论:上海地区人群的根尖周炎患病率较高,而根充牙齿的根尖周炎患病率近60%。

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the prevalence of apical periodontitis(AP) in an adult shanghai population.METHODS: Panoramic radiographs of 159 patients were examined and the periapical status of 3452 teeth(except third molars) was categorized on the basis of presence or absences of radiographic signs of AP.RESULTS: AP was present in 107(68.55%) patients.There were statistically significant differences among age groups.The prevalence of AP in root-filled teeth was 59.18%.CONCLUSION: The prevalence of AP was high in an adult shanghai population.The prevalence of AP in root-filled teeth was about 60%. |
