老年退行性心脏瓣膜病临床研究

目的探讨老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的临床特征和危险因素。方法回顾分析2002年9月-2007年10月130例年龄在60～94岁．超声心动图符合老年退行性瓣膜病诊断患者的临床资料。结果老年退行性心脏瓣膜病总检出率为22．4％（130／580），80～94岁组检出率（34.3％），〉70～79岁组（25．2％），〉60～69岁组（13．6％），P〈0．05；瓣膜退行性病变的发生部位以主动脉瓣最多见（77．7％），较常见主动脉瓣关闭不全，其次累及二尖瓣（10．0％），引起二尖瓣关闭不全，亦可同时侵及主动脉瓣和二尖瓣（12.3％）；高血压的程度与退行性瓣膜病关系密切。结论增龄是退行性心脏瓣膜病的主要危险因素。高血压是退行性心脏瓣膜病重要危险因素及促进因素。退行性心脏瓣膜病是引起老年人心功能不全、心律失常和猝死的重要原因。目前，超声心动图仍是检出退行性心脏瓣膜病敏感、实用的方法。

Clinical study of senile degenerated heart valvular disease
