彩色多普勒超声诊断继发性胆汁性肝硬化的价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler ultrasonography,CDU)诊断继发性胆汁性肝硬化的价值。方法收集34例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实为继发性胆汁性肝硬化(biliary cirrhosis,BC)患者的临床资料,CDU重点观察肝脏形态、大小、包膜、内部实质回声、血管及胆道走行等,测量胆管和门静脉主干内径及脾脏厚度,并与病因进行分析。结果 34例患者中,肝内胆管结石8例、胆总管结石7例、术后胆管狭窄5例、胆道恶性肿瘤13例、其它1例。结论各种BC具有不同的特征性超声图像表现,CDU在BC诊断和病因分析中具有较高的应用价值。

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Secondary Biliary Cirrhosis

Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU) in secondary biliary cirrhosis (SBC). Methods Ultrasonic data of 34 patients with SBC confirmed by operation or needle pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed. CDU concentrated on observation the mode, size, envelopes and echo of liver, variation of blood vessel and biliary ducts. The diameter of biliary ducts and main portal vein and the thickness of spleen were measured. Examine results contrast with causes. Results In 34 cases, the results included 8 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stone, 7 cases of choledocholith, 5 cases of postoperative stricture of biliary duct, 13 cases of malignancy of biliary duct and one case of others. Conclusions SBC has characteristic ultrasonographic performance. CDU has a high application value in the diagnosis and etiological analysis of BC.
