赛诸葛汤治疗幼儿急疹30例临床观察

目的:观察幼儿急疹临床特点与中医疗效,为早期诊断及合理用药提供依据。方法:自拟中药赛诸葛汤治疗幼儿急疹30例,并设随机对照组30例进行临床观察。结果:两组全部治愈,无并发证,但中药组热退疹出快于对照组,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:赛诸葛汤治疗幼儿急疹疗效显著,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Saizhuge Decoction for exanthema subitum: an observation of 30 cases

Objective:To observe clinical characteristics of exanthema subitum and the effect of Chinese medicine on it,in order to provide the basis for diagnosing the patient at the earlier period and for the reasonable use of the medicine. Methods:The patients were divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group were treated with Saizhuge Decoction while the control group were treated with ribavirin and Shuanghuanglian oral liquid,and parts of them also treated with antibiotics and corticosteroid. At the same time a clinical observation was proceding. Results:The patients in the two groups were all cured,and no complication was found.The treament group defervesced and promoted eruption sooner than the control group. There was significant difference in the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Saizhuge Decoction has notable curative effect for exanthema subitum, and has no bad reaction. It is worth spreading in clinic.
