| 非脱垂子宫经阴道与经腹子宫全切术临床比较 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非脱垂子宫实施经阴道子宫全切术的优点。方法回顾性分析比较非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫全切除术52例与经腹子宫全切术40例的手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛率、术后病率、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、腹部切口及阴道残端愈合情况。结果经阴道子宫全切术无腹部切口,且各项观察指标均优于经腹子宫全切术,其中除术中出血量外,其余各项观察指标两组间差异均有统计学意义。结论对于非脱垂子宫,经阴道子宫全切术创伤小,术后疼痛较轻,恢复快,术后住院时间短,符合微创手术原则。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the advantages of transvaginal hysterectomy (TVH) in non-prolapsed uterus. Methods Operation time,blood loss,postoperative analgesia,postoperative morbidity,postoperative passage of gas by anus,hospital stay after operation,abdominal incision,and healing of vaginal stump were reviewed and comparatively analyzed in 52 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy and 40 cases of transabdominal hysterectomy (TAH).
