| 摘 要： | 通过ＨＤＰ对缓解期ＣＯＰＤ患者康复治疗及处理实验性家兔ＤｉＦ模型。结果示：ＨＤＰ对ＣＯＰＤ病人的康复治疗有一定效果，ＨＤＰ比单纯ＥＤＰ治疗效果好；弱电流刺激实验家兔的隔神经能改善ＤｉＦ模型，延长治疗时间可使膈肌耐力增加；适当的ＨＤＰ治疗能改善ＣＯＰＤ病人的ＤｉＦ。并就改善或诱发ＤｉＦ的不同机制作了一定探讨。 |

| Abstract: | n this investigation patients with chronic obetructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)were treated with High frequency ventilation diaphragmatic pecemaker(HDP)and diaphragmatic fatigue (DiF)rabbit medel were tested. The result shows that there is some effect in treating COPD withHDP,and the effect of HDP is superior to that of EDP. Stimulation of the diaphragmatic nerves ofthe rabbits by a weak electric current can enhance the recovery of DiF to some extent.The prolongation of the perold of treatment can strengthen the diaphragrnatic endurable force. Propor treatment byHDP can promote the recovery of DiF of COPD patiens. The mechanism of the recovery and induction of DiF was also discussed. |
