急性和慢性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗疗效分析

目的：观察分析急性和慢性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗的治愈情况。方法临床诊断为急性牙髓炎和慢性牙髓炎的磨牙120例一次治疗内完成根管预备和根管充填，与60例2次疗程（期间氢氧化钙封药）完成根管治疗的类似患牙进行临床效果比较分析。临床观察的主要指标包括术后6个月及2年的X线片和临床评定的治愈率。结果术后6个月一次组治愈率88．7％，两次组治愈率89．6％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；术后2年一次组治愈率84．5％，两次组治愈率82．5％，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论活髓牙一次性根充和两次性根充治愈率相同，但是减少了患者就诊次数、节省了治疗费用，值得推广。

Clinical Study of One-Visit Endodontic Treatment for Acute Pulpitis and Chronic Pulpitis

Objective To clinically evaluate the healing effect of one-visit endodontic treatment for acute pulpitis and chronic pulpitis.Methods One-visit root canal therapy group includes 120 cases.Two-visit group using cal-cium hydroxide as an interappointment medicament includes 60 cases.A comparison of clinical results was done between the two groups.The main assessments included the six months＇（one visit 88.7%,two visit 89.6%,P〉0.05） and two years＇（one visit 84.5%,two visit 82.5%,P〉0.05） healing response.Results There was no statistically significance between six months＇and two years＇healing response.Conclusion One-visit endodontic treatment for acute pulpitis and chronic pulpitis has the same clinical efficacy with two-visit endodontic treatment and is worthy of extending.
