摘    要:目的建立清肺饮的质量控制方法。用HPLC法测定清肺饮中绿原酸的含量。方法采用Sinochorom ODS C18柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(13:87)为流动相;流速为1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸在27.76~138.8mg·L^-1。范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为98.75%,RSD为1.1%(n=5)。结论本法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in qingfeiyin by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on SinochoromODS C18 column,with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (13:87 )as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was from 27.76 to 138.8 mg · L^-1 ( r = 0. 9 999). The average recovery was 98.75%, and RSD was 1.1% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of qingfeiyin.
