| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨四川省家蝇抗药性水平、发展趋势和防制对策;方法：点滴法;结果：1999年四川省成都市、广元市、西昌市家蝇对6种杀虫剂的LG50值(μg/只)分别是：敌敌畏0．2540-0．5560、溴氰菊酯0．0136-0．0717、氯菊酯0．0437-0．1571、益必添0．2451-0．5430、氯氰菊酯0．1694-0．2965、甲醚菊酯0．3596～1．0128;结论：对溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏应控制使用。

| Abstract: | Objective; Study on the degree and tendency of insecticide resistance of Musca domestica uicina as well as its control strategies in Sichuan Province; Methods; Dropping method; Results; In Chengdu,Guangyuan and Xichang City Sichuan Province,the LD50 for Musca domestica vicina of six insecticides(DDVP,deltamethrin,permethrin,Esbiothrin.cypermethrin,methothrin)were 0.254 0-0.556 0,0.013 6-0.071 7,0.0437-0.157 1.0.2451-0.5430,0.1694-0.2% 5,0.359 6-1.012 8 respectively in 1999; Conclusion; The usage of deltamethrin and DDVP should be controlled. |
