| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨解脲支原体感染与宫颈糜烂的关系。方法 :将进行解脲支原体检测的 2 5 6例女性不孕症患者分宫颈糜烂组和宫颈光滑组 ,进行对照分析 ,统计学采用x2 检验。结果 :宫颈光滑组 132例 ,解脲支原体阳性 35例 ,阳性率 36 .4% ,宫颈糜烂组 12 4例 ,解脲支脲体阳性 6 5例 ,阳性率 5 2 .4% ,二者相比差异非常显著 (x2 =9.0 1,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :解脲支原体与宫颈糜烂关系密切 ,是引起宫颈糜烂的主要病原之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the relat io nship between Ureaplesma Urealyticum infection and cervical erosion. Mat hods: 256 were divided sterility woman patients, who have had UREAPLASMA Urealyticum examined, were divided into two groups_cervical erosion and cervica l smooth, then the results of two groups were contrasted and analysed and x2-t est. Results: Ureaplasma Urealyticum of 35 out of the 132 patie nts in the group of cervical smooth, were positive, the positive rate is 36.4^ U reaplasma Urealyticum of 65 out of the 124, in the group of cervical erosion, we re positive,the positive rate is 52.4%(X2=9.01 P<0.01). Conclusion: Ureaplasma Urealyticum and cervical erosion are closely related, so it is one of the main causes of cervical erosion. |
