摘    要:
在动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生发展过程中巨噬细胞起着重要作用,研究发现AS斑块中的泡沫巨噬细胞运动能力受损,这是其在斑块内大量滞留从而引发慢性炎症反应并导致斑块不稳定的重要原因。神经导向因子Nemn-1在中枢神经系统和非神经组织中都发挥重要作用,最近有研究发现Netfin-1在AS斑块内的泡沫巨噬细胞内大量表达,主要通过抑制巨噬细胞的运动促进AS发展。

Abstract:
Macrophages play an important role in the generation and progression of atherosclerosis (AS). Studies have shown that the motility of the macrophage foam cells in the AS plaque has been impaired so, that these cells were trapped in this site,resulting in a chronic inflammation process and plaque instability. Ne-trin-1, a neuroimmune guidance cue, has significant roles in the development of central nervous system and non-nervous tissues. Recent studies have discovered that Netrin-1 is abundantly expressed in macrophage foam cells. The maerophage-derived Netrin-1 can inhibit the migration of macrophages ,which made it to be a proatherogenic factor.
