| 摘 要： | 前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)可通过示踪法确定前哨淋巴结(SLN)并进行活检来评估头颈部肿瘤的区域淋巴结转移而指导颈淋巴结清扫术的进行。常用示踪法有染料识别法、放射性核素示踪法或二者联合应用法,常用染料示踪剂有异硫蓝、专利蓝和美蓝3种,常用核素示踪剂为~(99m)Tc。SLNB在乳腺癌研究中应用较广,近年来已应用于头颈部肿瘤的研究中。 |

| Abstract: | Sentinel lymph node biopsy is refer to identifying sentinel lymph node by tracing and per- forming the biopsy.It can evaluate neoplasm metastasis status of regional nodes and guide the cervical lymph node dissection.The usual technique is vital blue or nuclide or their combination.Isosulfan blue,patent blue and methylene blue are often used as tracer of vital blue.~(99m)Tc is the most tracer of nuclide in practice.Sentinel lymph node biopsy is widely used in breast cancer research and is applied in head and neck cancer in recent years. |
